General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ahh8 ("ahh8," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ahh8.net (the "Platform"). ahh8 is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") to provide online casino, sports betting, bingo, and related gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines.
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered by ahh8, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the agreement between you and ahh8. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion or bonus terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of the ahh8 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR. ahh8 enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction.
- Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited are not permitted to register or play.
- Not a PAGCOR Employee: PAGCOR employees and their immediate family members are prohibited from participating in PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities under applicable Philippine regulations.
- Voluntary Exclusion: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from the Platform or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming establishment through a self-exclusion program that remains in effect.
Account Registration & Management
To access real-money gaming on ahh8, you must register a player account. You may hold only one (1) account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by any individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ahh8 account, whether or not authorized by you.
- You must notify ahh8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- ahh8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
- You must update your account information promptly if it changes, particularly your email address and mobile number, to ensure continued access to account recovery functions.
Identity Verification (KYC)
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations under Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended), ahh8 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before allowing continued play. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
Acceptable government-issued identity documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), valid Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), or Voter's ID issued by COMELEC.
ahh8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months) or source of funds documentation for high-value transactions. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal restriction until verification is completed to ahh8's satisfaction.
Deposits & Payment Methods
All deposits to your ahh8 account are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). ahh8 accepts deposits via the following PAGCOR-approved payment providers: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank Online. ahh8 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or cash deposits.
- Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your ahh8 wallet immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- ahh8 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.
- Deposits that are reversed or charged back by your bank or payment provider will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
ahh8 reserves the right to decline deposits, suspend payment processing for any account under fraud or AML investigation, or require additional verification before processing deposits above defined thresholds in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC requirements.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at ahh8 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's standard posting times.
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
- Withdrawals may only be made to accounts held in the player's own legal name, matching the KYC-verified name on the ahh8 account.
- All bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
- ahh8 may delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending KYC completion, fraud review, or AML compliance checks without prejudice to the player's underlying balance.
- ahh8 does not charge standard withdrawal fees; however, the player's receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
ahh8 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all ahh8 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly allows multiple claims.
- Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings are converted to withdrawable cash.
- Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero — consult specific bonus terms.
- Unclaimed bonuses expire after the period specified in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the offer date.
- ahh8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations under Philippine law.
Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to reduce risk, using multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, or coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus completion — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games offered on the ahh8 Platform are governed by the specific rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules. The following general game provisions apply to all titles on ahh8:
- All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games on ahh8 use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and verified for statistical fairness by an accredited testing laboratory.
- Live dealer games are operated using real physical equipment monitored by multiple camera feeds and are subject to ahh8's live game integrity protocols.
- Game results are final and non-reversible once the outcome has been determined and recorded. Game history is maintained in our system logs for dispute resolution purposes.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during game play that prevents the determination of a valid outcome, the bet will be voided and the staked amount refunded to the player's account.
- Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ahh8 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited (to the extent permitted by applicable law), and the matter reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies:
- Registering or using more than one account simultaneously (multi-accounting).
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of manual human participation.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
- Any form of fraud including, but not limited to, credit card fraud, identity theft, chargeback fraud, or misrepresentation of identity during KYC.
- Money laundering or using the ahh8 Platform to conceal, transfer, or process proceeds of illegal activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 and related AMLC regulations.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors in game logic, or pricing mistakes to obtain winnings beyond what would have been paid in normal operating conditions.
- Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on ahh8.
- Allowing or facilitating access to your ahh8 account by any third party, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.
Responsible Gaming
ahh8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in full compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. ahh8 offers the following tools to all registered players:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits from your account settings at any time.
- Loss Limits: Define maximum permitted losses over a given period to prevent excessive spending.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications when a defined play session duration is reached.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform via your account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Intellectual Property
All content on the ahh8 Platform, including but not limited to the ahh8 brand name, logo, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, written content, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of ahh8 or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law (Republic Act No. 8293) and international copyright conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ahh8.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The ahh8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ahh8 makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruption. ahh8 will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ahh8 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or account information; (c) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (d) the conduct or content of third-party game providers whose games are hosted on the Platform; or (e) losses arising from circumstances outside ahh8's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government action.
Nothing in these Terms limits ahh8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Account Suspension & Termination
ahh8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms or applicable Philippine law.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other financial crime.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
- Receipt of a PAGCOR or law enforcement directive requiring account suspension or investigation.
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud, any verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to ahh8. Accounts terminated for fraud or prohibited conduct are subject to full balance forfeiture as permitted by PAGCOR regulations.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with your use of the ahh8 Platform shall first be referred to our internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team in writing.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the relevant regulatory authority. Unresolved disputes thereafter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Amendments to These Terms
ahh8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ahh8 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. The current version of these Terms is always available at ahh8.net/terms-conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.
